And they don’t come to you with a question except that We bring you the Truth and the Best Interpretation.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord made the people at the time of Messenger to ask questions to Messenger and Lord Himself answered with the Truth and similar observances and figurative as explained in verse 16: 125. It is done so because nobody should ask any question regarding any matter in the future unless It is explained in the Book testifying verse 16: 89.
Today, the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book Adhikr which explains everything is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. So whoever has any doubt regarding any matter should ask the author of Adhikr as explained in verses 16: 43-44. See explanation 3: 58 and 7: 52.
